On this site, you will have access to all of the forms you will need as well as a copy of the social policy. You can find these forms located under the "downloads" tab.
You will need the event registration form for all events such as raids, pinnings, 4-ways, house parties, tailgates, and any other event including alcohol.
The dry registartion form will be used for sober events such as brotherhood/sisterhood events, dinners, or any other event not including alcohol.
The philanthropy registration form is used for registering any philanthropic service you may be holding.
For each of these forms, all participating chapters must turn in the paperwork. Paperwork is due 5 business days in advance by 12:00 noon to FSR located in Kerckhoff.
All paperwork must have the correct information, a social chair, president, AND chapter advisor signature, as well as a time stamp. The form must be filled out completely to be accepted.
